The nightmare isn’t over for Sister Wives star Meri Brown. In Touch has learned that the woman who posed as a man named “Sam Cooper” and duped Meri into a six-month affair online and over the phone is now writing a tell-all book.
“Sam” — who, it turns out, was actually 40-year-old Oklahoma “catfish” Jackie Overton — has announced on “his” personal blog plans to publish an e-book titled Almost Meri’d that would expose new details about “his” tumultuous, drama-filled relationship with Meri.

Meri “isn’t happy about the book,” a source close to her tells In Touch. The source says Meri was already horrified by the numerous voice mails released in September and October in which Meri can be heard professing her love for Sam and trashing Kody, her husband of more than 25 years.
“Meri just wants to move past this already,” the source tells the mag.
The 200-page book should be out by Christmas and will include “stories, photos, more text snippets and a lot of things that I have never shared with anyone about my affair,” according to Sam’s personal blog.

While “Sam” started accepting money via PayPal for pre-orders of the book on Dec. 11 — it seems “Sam” is already running into problems. A second source close to Meri reveals that “Jackie was unable to provide documentation for the company that was registered to the PayPal account, ‘SJC Investments,’ or for ‘Sam Cooper.’”
As In Touch has previously reported, Jackie has a history of questionable behavior. In addition to being linked to other catfishing schemes, she was arrested in October on a warrant for failing to appear in court for a series of traffic violations.
