Randy Houska Says Watson and Aubree Love Their New Sister Layne

Isn’t she lovely? Randy Houska showed off his beautiful granddaughter, Layne Ettie, getting used to life at home in a darling new video. The Teen Mom 2 star updated fans and let the world know that Chelsea Houska is doing well after giving birth to her bundle of joy on Aug. 29. Watch the video above to get the latest on Layne!

“Chelsea delivered very quickly and with no complications,” Randy said in his new Losing Randy: Episode 16 video blog. Spilling the tea on Layne’s moniker, he said: “Ettie is a combination of a couple of Chelsea’s grandmother’s names. She combined them to make a very cute, old-fashioned sounding middle name.” And it looks like Layne is fitting right in with the family! “Watson loves her, Aubree loves her,” Randy gushed. “They’re both great with her.”

Randy also said his daughter is feeling much better after suffering with mastitis. “Chelsea’s been a little sick the last couple of days with some infection, but we’ve all been helping out a great deal,” he said. Chelsea first admitted that she was dealing with major discomfort last Friday. She took to Twitter again on Sept. 10, writing: “This is the first day that I don’t feel like I’m dying since Thursday. I never knew how horrible mastitis was.”

Chelsea’s loved ones couldn’t resist the opportunity to hold little Layne in Randy’s new video, and she looked cute as ever while rocking a tiny bow headband. Randy was soaking up every minute with his precious granddaughter and he could practically fit her in the palm of his hands. “Look at those lips,” Chelsea said, as her little one pouted. We can’t get enough of these heartwarming family moments — keep them coming!
