Chloe Lattanzi is working hard on her New Year’s resolution!
Olivia Newton-John‘s daughter took to Instagram on Friday, Jan. 20 to flaunt her progress after putting in a ton of work at the gym — and also showed off her alleged $415,000 worth of plastic surgery.
Chloe, 30, posted a super sexy shot of herself showing ample cleavage in a hot pink sports bra and a pair of baggy sweatpants.

“Play hard. Work harder,” the singer wrote in the caption, and added the hashtags, “#gymrat” and “#getthoseabbsback.”
Her busty new photos come just four months after she sparked rumors of a major plastic surgery makeover. Last September, Australian celebrity news site New Idea reported that the blonde bombshell underwent multiple procedures to make herself look like a human Barbie doll — which included breast implants, fillers, Botox and rhinoplasty.
But back in October, Chloe made an appearance on The Doctors where she opened up about her battle with body dysmorphia, and she admitted to having her lips done. She also denied having any other plastic surgery done to her face.

“When I was in the height of my body dysmorphia, I had a whole bunch of fillers put in, and so I’ve had all that removed from my face because I like the way I look naturally so this is my face now,” she told the show hosts.
“There’s, I think, so many young girls are going through body dysmorphia and I think we’re constantly being told how to look [via] Instagram and filters,” she continued, “and there’s constant pressure for us to look perfect.”
