On bad terms yet again? Teen Mom 2 alum Jenelle Evans blasted David Eason in a cryptic message shared via her personal Facebook account on Monday, June 1, sparking a heated response from him following their romantic reconciliation.
“God forbid I hangout with my friends [laughing emojis],” the MTV alum, 28, wrote. “God forbid I get a babysitter and try to have a day with my wife before she flips out and deserted me for her … friend,” he angrily clapped back.
While she didn’t respond to his shady now-deleted remark in the comments, Jenelle did post another message seemingly blasting David, 31, soon after. “At least my friend can pay for her own bills … uhm … when’s the last time you paid for ANYTHING? History repeats itself lol,” she wrote, leading some fans to wonder about their relationship status.
In March, the TV personality confirmed she is back together with her husband after a brief separation. “Me and him are deciding to work things out right now. We’re taking it slowly,” she revealed during a Q&A video on her YouTube channel.
After relocating to Nashville with her kids during their split in October 2019, Jenelle returned to the home she shares with David in North Carolina and said they are now living there “permanently.”
“We have 11 acres of land for them to play on and Kaiser and Ensley, they really missed the animals, they really missed the chickens, the goats, everything,” she explained about her decision to move back. “Things are going pretty smooth.”
In the video, Jenelle also discussed the abuse allegations she made against David when she filed for a restraining order prior to their split. Her restraining order was granted in November 2019, and she later dropped it in January 2020.
“I want to tell you guys that David has never abused the children, he’s never abused me. I’ve always had disagreements and those would turn into big arguments,” she said. “And this is why I decided to go back home and work out my relationship. Because ultimately it’s for my family.”
On May 6, the 16 and Pregnant alum updated fans during an Instagram Q&A session, claiming she and David are “doing better than ever.”
“I think being off the show and getting some privacy helped sort out a lot of things in my life, including my relationship with my mom,” she wrote at the time.
Despite their recent strides, it appears their relationship struggles aren’t over yet.
