Earlier this month, Josh Murray called the cops on Amanda Stanton when it came time for him to pass over ownership of the vehicle he previously purchased for her following a breakup.
Josh’s assistant, Hayley Watts, who was working on his behalf at the time of the ordeal exclusively revealed to In Touch what truly went down when the police were called, and accused the mom-of-two of body-shaming her in the middle of all the drama!

“First, Josh did not call the police on Amanda in any way that would treat her as a criminal or have any charges filed against her. A peace officer was simply requested to accompany me as Josh’s assistant to peacefully ask Amanda for the car and keys without disrupting the peace, as the law requires, and to protect me from any threats of harm,” she told In Touch.
While a source previously told In Touch that she asked Josh for more time to work out the situation — and pay off the remaining $30,000 for the Audi Q5 — Hayley told the mag that Amanda was given plenty of time to decide how she wanted to proceed, as well as options, which included either paying off the remaining balance, or turning over possession to Josh.

Hayley claimed that Amanda refused to do either — and insisted she wouldn’t be giving the car back to Josh without being ordered by a judge to do so — and then attacked her for not apparent reason.
“I thought everything would go fairly smooth since Amanda wanted to sever ties with Josh, and my family has interacted with her on multiple occasions… But I was shocked and embarrassed when Amanda berated me in front of her daughter and attempted to body shame me for no reason,” Hayley said.
“I was only fulfilling my professional duties and job while trying to keep the situation peaceful. Disrespecting me as a human being simply because my figure is different from her body was not necessary, as body shaming is very hurtful and demeaning.”

She continued, “Although I was highly offended and embarrassed, I refused to partake in any inappropriate and inhumane exchanges in front of Amanda’s daughter, and instead, pleasantly said hello to her daughter and proceeded to leave the premises, although Amanda continued to yell and berate me as I walked away.”
